Help. Daz Golden Palace spot issues.

These spots won't go away no matter what I do. Is there a fix for this inside of Daz? I wan't to fix the render. Not spot heal in Photoshop. .

Try increasing the scale of it by .5% or something... It usually get rid of artifacts in my renders... (If it is artifacts)
