Others help extracting .pac files

I want to extract the CGs from Goblin Walker so i can do some uncensoring and turn them into gifs, however the all of the cgs files is in data.pac and i can't seem to be able to unpack it, i've used PacManager, Pac file unpacker, SPD upgrade tool, Garbro and none of them worked
is there another application/tools that can unpack pac files?

Bumping since I'm curious if someone has a way to extract the .pac of Gorimaccho to Bloomers Lesson.
