I'm interested in doing a translation of a VN but I'm not very familiar with the engines used to build these kinds of games and I need a hand extracting the script text. The game is

and it seems all of it's data is contained in .pac files. I'm not sure if these are archives like .zips or just a custom file format. If anyone can point me in the correct direction on how to get the text extracted and eventually recompiled please let me know. I'd love to see this done and translated. I've attached a file list from the game folder in case that helps identify the engine/format.
