In this game you live with your mother and sister, and can spy on them as well as preform sexual actions with them to level up and get them to become more comfortable doing them with you. eventually the grandmother visits. You can also take them out on the weekend to do an event. I think it changed its name at some point in development but i cant remember what it is or was
