I don't remember the name, but I remember the premise.
The MC got stuck in a city, had to be turned into a girl, and had to escape the city.
The MC could have their body turned more feminine (bigger breasts, ass, hips, etc) and could get pregnant, which if the city wasn't left in time, would lead to a bad end. The player's companion could also get pregnant.
