I'm trying to find a game where one of the scenes you go on a date with your mom to a movie theater or something, and after the movie you walk home with her at night and you're talking with her, and then it shows her having wet panties during or after the talk. I'm pretty sure the mom had long black hair and either a black or red dress (but it could've also been both black and red) during the date. I'm also pretty sure you live alone with her. Sorry for the vague description
