Seeking Help finding a game I can't remember the name of

Does anyone know what this game is called? I remember playing it a while back but can't for the life of me remember the name of it. I remember you walked around in a city talking to several women, did quick time event combat that ended in a short pixel animation of you fucking them. There was something about being part of some police force too but I could be wrong. Thanks in advance!
