Its a recent game (2022-2023) Its about a girl exploring in the quest to make food? The thumbnail is a girl with yellow gun and purple hair? Its open world, the story starts in a cave, where the dungeon can enter repeatedly, then they goes to a village, etc. There was MTL translation post here if i remembered correctly but not listed
