Identify Help finding a HTML game with the MC splitting from gf.

Hi guys, i am looking for a HTML game where the MC splits from his gf, moves into an apartment in a new town then starts working for a rich man in his mansion.

The MC works as a handyman, fixing the pool etcetera allowing his to upgrade his apartment.
