Seeking Help finding an original source

Does anyone know what the original source of the attached image is? I found the gif on Steam Workshop, but the creator never listed the original source.

The file name is the name of the workshop item.

Did you try googling the Japanese text in the filename? First result for me was the artists pixiv. It's from a game in development called マジカル淫魔少女リリス (Magical Succubus Girl Lilith).

That's pretty weird. When I googled the Japanese text, I didn't get any pixiv links in my search results. Maybe it's because I use DuckduckGo, or maybe I just didn't search the whole text. Anyways, thx for the help!
