Identify Help finding M2F TF game about choosing TFs

Hello.
The 'game' has no sexual content, plot is simple: a no-lifer gets transformed into a girl by some mahou-succubus-girl-thing and the 'gameplay' is where you choose what TF to apply, in the end you get score and some titles based on what types/tropes your TF fit (MILF/loli/catgirl/trap/etc.)
For some reason I can't get this game out of my head after I lost it. It's been ported to HTML iirc and translated into English. I would appreciate someone helping me out.
