Identify Help: Game about a businessman trying to retake his company

I remember playing a game about a guy who was either the head of a company or founded a company and for whatever reason he lost his position. He is trying to get his company back from his rival but is forced/blackmailed into making a deal with that guy. He also discovers that his assistant was a corporate spy and so he effectively turns her into a sex slave as punishment.
