I remember playing a game where the MC is talking to a female character in the mirror and hop through into the mirror and back. Other characters can’t see the girl except for MC. Cannot find it anywhere.

It's predominantly mind control, though the female character in the mirror is also in the MC's head, so you might call it a degree of possession. I think she might control him from in there at one point, but I can't remember.
