Identify Help identify a game please

I'm trying to remember a game where near the end of the game. There's a big "picnic" that was supposed to happen. But it turned out that the original picnic was canceled and the new one was a trap. And pirates kidnapped a lot of characters. And then you have to do a timed run to reach the boss and ship before it leaves. I don't remember the name or the characters' appearance though.

I think you play as a princess or a knight. And the character you're trying to save is the younger sister of one of the people in the castle.
