Identify Help Identify Possible Unknown Futa Game/VN?

So I found this and it seems to have the format of a game, unless I'm mistaken and it's an elaborate video. It might be a long shot looking at how old it looks but does anyone know the source for this video please?

My own searches turned up 'MMD', 'Idolmaster' and 'Project Imas', but further searches revealed nothing in terms of a game download, unless it is just a video.
