It was an incomplete Renpy (?) 2DCG game about a guy (you) being stranded on a lost island with a few girls. You help them do stuff to have sex with them. There was a girl who is a tomboy as your childhood friend or something, a lesbian couple who let you get into a MFF, a diva actress or something. Keep waiting to see if it pops up on latest updates but maybe it died some time ago.
