not anthophobia... it was a game set in a school. you fight with a pool-stick (spear-like? idk what it was exactly) but can get guns too (with limited ammo)
you go from the school, out to a street, into the sewers, then i forget, but i remember the whole game was also a demo.
enemies that i remember were: zombies, various tentacle traps, flies, spiders, rats, dogs, and a single zombie boss
female protag, side scroller, bit game, i think it was offa itch.io too, but im not sure
