Ren'Py Help in deciding job mechanics

Hey, i am working on corruption Game with Female MC, I want to give users option to choose what kind of job/work they want MC to do like become teacher, police woman, waitress , etc. I want to know what do user prefer. Should i restrict user so that once you choose a job you cannot work in other place until you resign and join other job. OR should i allow user to work at multiple job at different locations without restriction.

From a player´s perspective what matters is that I don´t need to replay the game multiple times just to get all the scenes I want. I would say that unless your game is about monogamous romance relationships or is reliant on replaying by basic game mechanics then the player should be able to unlock all of the scenes in one playthrough. So as long as that part is fulfilled it doesn´t matter if you are temporarily locked into one job, but have the potential game time to experience all the others.
