Seeking Help looking for pregnancy in menu game

Hello it's my firt time posting here so tell my if i am doing somthing wrong, i need help looking for a sandbox or simulation game where the state of the womb appears i the state of the female protagonist menu, if it's possible with the image of it in the state menu. i have tried to play violated heroine unsuccessfully, i cant get it to work, and meltys quest is to linear to me, thanks.
