There's this one game I play quite a long time back , the MC own a shop or store of some kind and he got thing like order from the girl so he need to hire mercenary and soldier to go fight and gathered supply for him, the MC himself don't fight or anything it have some management aspect but combat are automatic and when you got supply you craft stuff and give it to the girl and if you give them the right thing the MC trick them and lock them up and tortured and brutally murder them also I think MC have personality split because after he murdered the first girl he got confused when guard come to investigate and stuff and he didn't remembered murdered anyone, also first girl got her breasts cut off and maybe her eye remove too if that info would be useful.
