Looking for a JOI game. You are a man, coming to some place (island/resort) with diffferent women, where you need to perform teasing, edging, denial tasks to obtain in-game currency. It was an open-world 3D game, probably in Unity. The teases had metronome and different instructions, somewhat similar to Lady Thunder. I played it about a year or two ago, it was in early stages.
