The game is based on the same visual and game engine as Michael's family and the game is similar. It's not Lone Mother. I believe it's not the same developer from these 2 games.
The MC was also a little boy in size with a mom and 1 or 2 sisters. To advance a lot of sex scenes, you had to re-do the same stuff many times. Can't really remember much as it was many years ago.
