The protagonist was actually a brother and sister (I'm pretty sure it was siblings, but as I write this, I kinda doubting myself if it's sibling or not) try to find someone on a vacation island. I'm pretty sure there wasn't a incest moment, or at least not there when I was playing it. The game play as the brother and sister pov separately. I do kinda remember the last moment was when the I got the key to a some sort of basement and find a girl either tied bdsm style or a handcuff. Also I do remember the boat guy is into the sister and a creep. Other thing that I remember the accomodations is in the north, there is some sort of a hidden cove in the west, the beach bar around the middle, and a small beach pier in the south.
