Seeking Help me find the game (if possible)

I don't remember engine on which game was made but game was 2D. Zombie apocalypse, male mc. Game had some sort of DLC or it was an actual part of the game that made everyone zombie except woman guard and mc where after sex, zombie girls turned back to human.
Gameplay somewhat reminded GTA but in 2D (ButI'm not sure at all).
