Identify Help Me Find This Doujin

There's a doujin I read a couple years back I haven't been able to find.

It was a longer book and all original. The plot was pretty much the same as Saw I think, instead of death games it was sex games of course. It focused on 2 girls, and closer to the end I think one of them betrays the other one.

I think one of them was blonde, but I'm not sure.
