Identify HELP ME FIND THIS GAME PLS :(

So in this game you have the ability to control people with your voice. And after a while and a few tries you are able to make 2 of your co-workers, your boss and your daughter? (not sure if i'm remembering it right) into slave/maid, but the game makes it really clear that they don't turn into mindless doll but still have their own minds. The daughter or the youngest was voted to be the head slave/maid or something. Help me pls Thanks in advance
