The main protagonist is a college aged guy.
He goes around banging chicks ( don't think there is any incest ).
In one of the latest updates he goes to bang a girl when suddenly her dog bursts into the room and mounts her.
It's a game with 3d renders.

Probably would be easiest for you to try the advanced search options (make sure you're searching the Games forum and probably the bestiality tag). Particularly if you can recall the game engine (i.e. RPGM, Ren'Py, Unity, etc) since then you can further filter by games built on that engine using the prefixes options

But aside from MC apparently getting cucked by a dog you've just described a very generic porn game. A bestiality tag probably narrows search results down a lot, but you could try playing around with other tags (sounds like Harem or School Setting are likely) and pairing those with the search. Possibly also specifying that it is without Incest if you are confident in that.

I tried searching by the bestiality tag and 3dcg but do not seem to run into it.

Just tried looking through the latest updates again with the tags : bestiality , Male protagonist and 3dcg. But it is isn't any of those games. I'm presuming the game does not currently have the bestiality tag. IIRC It is the first time the protagonist bangs this girl. It's a Renpy visual novel and you get the option to open the door and let the dog in.
