I would say this game release not too long ago, it's I believe a game centered around a university. They moved to a new location for Uni and found a good place to stay only to find out that the place was an all girl house because they thought the mc was female due to their name. Eventually the main person of the housing allowed him to stay with them regardless, and I think there were 3 other roommates.

So far no luck unfortunately, another thing I sort of remembered was the creator was someone who made a popular game and I think said game was still being made, I could be wrong but it's sorta blurry.
