I used to play two (2) games of this one creator's fully pixelated animation. Both games have pillow talks. Graphics close to it is Osake Riesz
A sister and brother(?) living together in a wooden house game, the sister's sick and big brother hunts and works in the town near them, there's some dialogues that dictate the mood of the sex scenes, and the only way to restart the game is to open the game again. This game had an append/dlc for added dialogues and some snow content?
A queen and a king, can choose between just talking or sex, It had a reddish tint background IIRC. This one only had ear cleaning and cowgirl positions only
This is all I can remember, I hope someone can find this game or video.

Edit 2: Wow has it really been that long? I played the game in japanese 3 years ago, now there's a sequel and an english translation for the first Doris game.
It's such a hidden gem please try it out
