The game was about a husband and wife where the wife is the daughter of a mob boss or something or maybe she was the mob boss. I'm pretty sure it was mostly NTS, it was still very early in development when I checked it out.
The protag gets knocked out while shopping at some point or something. The wife went out for a jog in revealing clothes near the end of that version too.
