So, As the title says, i cant quite put my finger on a specific genre to search for. I don't want the boring linear progression of a VN, but a Sandboxy / Interactive game (like e.g. Flower Charm Sequel) other examples would be Rack or Secret Horse Files but im not really into furry stuff.

Trainer is probably the tag you want to look for here, if you can find it somewhere else then SLG is better. Try Hypno Apli and the Laplace games for games a lot like FCS. Also look through the simulator tag.
