Unfortunately i don't have much to go off of.
All i recall is that it is a fishing focues game in which the protagonist catches fish in a river (andother locales) and as soon as they get reeled in they transform form regular fish into smth like mermaids which he then proceeds bang. There are multiple species of fish and each an have slitghly different features (bigger/smalles breasts etc) and catching a certain variety of a species allows you to keep that one in your fish tank at home.
You progress by catching all the fish in one area.
I think it was completely in japanese (no clue how i played it tbh) and it featured some kind of fish/spring goddess.
Something along those lines could also be the title.
