A couple years ago I played an adult visual novel that I really enjoyed, but I can't remember what it was called, or much about it at all. Could someone help me, please? Here's what I remember:
1. I played the game sometime in late 2023, but the game was older than that.
2. I'm about 80% sure it was made in Ren'Py, and that the game's original language was English (I definitely played in English).
3. I played it on my android phone, but I don't remember if the android port was by the developer or if someone else had made it.
4. It used 3d renders for the characters, but the fidelity wasn't super high.
5. You played as a male private investigator who's tasked with finding evidence of a male client's wife's cheating, but a few days after presenting the evidence the client is killed.
6. Eventually you discover a conspiracy involving an underground sex ring that forces women to prostitute themselves for high-society patrons.
7. The MC has a daughter (or maybe a stepdaughter) from a failed marriage who decides to come live with him, but I don't remember if there was any incest in the game.
8. There's a police officer/detective who hates the MC (something to do with the MC being involved with the officer's sister in the past) but who turns out to be honorable.
9. At some point the MC saves a woman from one of the underground sex dens and takes her into hiding until he can get the criminals arrested.
10. Most women love interests are Caucasians, but there's at least one Asian woman. I think she was South Korean, but I'm not sure. Her husband was definitely an asshole though.
11. The game's vibe was very much noir mystery, with the MC being full of flaws and vices. If I'm not mistaken, the very first scene is the MC meeting a prostitute in a hotel room. The prostitute shows up again later to help the MC.
