There's a game when you run some kind of hotel where there's a scene with the secretery, and the girl who does the massage.
the map is like an open map with locations you can visit.

nope, its a newer one. theres also a scene where one of the tenants doesnt pay and becomes the maid and you have scenes with her in that room.
I also recall that theres something with the mayor and a water park location which wasnt done yet.
when you got up to the floor, there was an office and then to the left was then massage area
there was also a receptionist in the bottom floor
