Copy the images url (post it here if you need to) and go to your signature page, then paste the url...

What I find also useful is to bookmark the exact section where you uploaded your specific GIF on the 'Post your Signatures here' thread.
So you can always go back to the specific post on the thread where you had originally uploaded your GIF files for future ease of reference, or if you make any further changes to your sig and/or have a central location to upload your updated GIF files to.
And on your bookmarks page, it will appear like so:
