It was downloaded from here - f95 about 2-3 years ago. And I think at that time was "on hold".

Here's what I remember.
MC is hired by some lab / science person to do some studies about obedience (I think). Somehow MC finds out that her boss is planning to apply her own research to enslave her, and turn roles taking over the lab. Then starts managing the lab, getting more people and so on.

No, it's not Westane's "The Company", but I suspect his game made me look for similar titles at that time.

Nope - but the setting is very similar. However, there was no city map, everything happened in a complex with about 6-10 rooms. I do remember a lab, MC room, a reception room and a holding cell for experiment subjects which you could configure in order to get results.

Also I think the MC was woman? Or at least had the option to be female. (I say this because I usually play games with female protagonist)
