I'm sure that installed winrar eng version, so why the hell another language is showing up like this? How to change to english guys??? Help me

I see, it is so friendly, that you don't even know how to change the language settings. 
FYI start winrar and go to the options/settings menu and language settings like with every tool/program etc.
