I remember I played the game last year but I don't remember its name and not sure if it's updated since then. I remember the MC is a female. She back to her old town with her boyfriend, and mc mother was pregnant. She find her loving horse and the horse fuck her, then she become futa. She received a letter about become a teacher in her old town.
