help on putting a plug in into a rpg maker mz game

i wanted to ask if anyone knows how to put a plug in into a rpg maker mz game i downloaded, since i want to put a mouse plug in into it, to control the game with a mouse.
I have the plug in ready, but i have no idea how to put a plug in into a game from someone else
