Help!Problems with RPG maker games

My game window doesn't expand and is unresponsive to mouse command.What should I do?

Not all RPGM games have mouse support. Window size can sometimes be changed usually with F4 or F5.
Sometimes it's also an option to change the game.ini if there is an option like WindowSize=1 or something like that.
