The female mc is at max level in light element i think and she aims to max the dark next but the dark one needs to get sex to level up so it became a corruption game.

This is rpgm if I remember correctly. Please help me identify the game

do you mean Resist the Succubus - The End Of The Female Knight, perhaps? She's a light char first, but can be corrupt by a succubus, she can resist or be c hanged. But it isn't rpg maker....
Another title I know is: Zoe's Temptations
You can play a good or evil path, is RPG Maker.
