I'm trying to remember a game I played around 4-5 months ago.
It was RPG Maker, you played as a woman going through a series of rooms hosted by some mysterious organisation.
The rooms each contained lewd challenges. Your character might get groped, fucked, forced to orgasm etc. Challenges get progressively lewder as you complete them.
If you do complete all the rooms your character gets tricked into starring in a live porno in front of dozens and dozens of people at the end.
It may or may not be in English, I've been MTL'ing a lot of games recently.
