Identify Help required: Can't remember the game name

Hi,

MC lives with his father/uncle/other relative (don't remember for sure) in a ranch. There's just two them and MC helps in ranch chores.

The relative has got a poor heart and eventually he dies and then MC gets invitation to college.

I've tried to remember the game name, but it's no use.
