The problem has already been solved by a Russian website that has a translator without the need to use additional translation programs like Sugoi

Um if that's the game I think it is, a mommy game from ANIM. Then that game already has a translation. Unless you're translating to something other than english.

Use garbro to extract the text files:

Then for machine translation there's another popular tool that I'm forgetting that's more universal, though since it's an ANIM dazed's tool should work well here:

Hm, try asking around in that dazedanon thread then, or dm him personally. He's translated a few other ANIM games using his tool, so he should know what tools better than I do.
