If you plan to make money from subscribestar or patreon. I would offer to profit share it. You might get more people that way. Worst case, you could commission some of the art like the GUI, etc to at least get started.

What he means is change the "unpaid" to "profit share" in your post. You're very unlikely to get any help if you expect others to help you for free while you reap all the profits.

Since you have updated the thread, what is the share percentage? How much do you pay for each position?

Usually people go by percent of profits. So if you make $1000 a month, if you do 25% share, you'd pay that person $250. But you can work out an hourly pay too if that's what you're implying.

ahhh oki! but how?
If you have a patreon, you simply decide the share each person gets.

Let's say the programmer takes 20%, if your patreon earns 100 dollars monthly, you'd pay your programmer 20 dollars a month. You can do so through paypal or such.
