Seeking Help with english Patch in Joiplay

So i Decided to Try an game by ODENSensei Called "Our cumdump Teacher" and There is Already an Offical English Translation,but when i Open The Game it is in Japanese,i already downloaded The game three times trying to see if anything would change,but it doesn’t.
I played the game for a bit in japanese and it doesn’t give any Option to change the language,but idk if this is an Problem on Joiplay or not,i will be grateful if anyone can help me fix this "bug"
