Identify help with finding

I have a problem finding one game. I remember about a year or two ago I found a novel on the vastness of this site, but now I couldn't find it.

Synopsis - we are playing for a guy who was left for the second year / summer training, since he did not pass the English language.

In the game, in my memory there was a sandboxer.

1 of the characters I remember is an Afro-American woman in age, who is his neighbor.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, it was written in renpy
