Help with HTML SaveData

Was just me,or someone's having the same problem.
A few years ago html saves was opencode
Now when I try, it simply appear be on Chinese language and I don't understand a thing.
Someone can help me with it?
I'll show my problem on the print of the archives and I'll annex the archive here. I really hope someone can help me with it...
