So I have the Ma Wo Haramu Series from Pichi Pichi Garou R and Dirty Prison Ship from Eroquis, I have noticed they all use the same engine and attempted to translate it using Translator++ to no avail, so can anyone lend a hand in identifying the game engine used in these 4 games?

Disclaimer I haven't checked either of those games. But just know that not everything has to run on an "engine", especially for simple things like vns, some devs can just write the code natively on any language they want since we are talking about displaying images along with text...
So if you can't figure out what engine they are using you can always just reverse engineer the game code to translate all lines directly. But that might require some extra knowledge on your part.
