Help with non translated VN

I want to play a VN but is not translated yet and no single clue if is really going to be, so I decided to search for a real time screen translator or a plug in to translate, I dont really mind about playing with MTL. But I have no idea where to find these tool.

It's an open source text grabber that grabs text from the Japanese VN that you are playing, and it comes with Google Translate I believe.
